Report-pull cadence
How often performance data is pulled during the day, on top of the untouched nightly baseline. Set one global default and, where a tenant needs it, a per-tenant override. Day-one default is off — no intraday pulls until configured. Super-admin only.

Per-tenant overrides
tenant_settings.pull_* (NULL = inherit global)Each tenant resolves to an effective cadence — its own override, or the global default when set to inherit. Edited here only; never tenant-facing.
