Tenjin supports read + write-back. Once connected, import your existing event→network mapping on the app's Events page — and changes you make in Crackle sync back to Tenjin.
Get your Tenjin account token
Crackle authenticates with your account-level API token (JWT). From your Tenjin dashboard:
- Open Organization → API Keys.
- Copy the account API token (a long JWT beginning
eyJ…). - Paste it below. We never store it in this form's page — it goes straight into KVM.
Token & app link
Stored envelope-encrypted in KVM under
tenjin_account_jwt:{connection}. Never written to the connection row, logs, or sent back to your browser.We'll map this app to its Tenjin app id so imports target the right callbacks. Stored in
mmp_app_links — generalises to other partners, keeps apps lean.
